Prior to founding LRPG Inc., Rafael served as Sales Manager at Casa Abierta Realty, a brokerage focused on expanding homeownership opportunities within the Hispanic community. During his tenure, he played a key role in growing the company from one office with three agents to three offices located in Haverstraw, Yonkers, and White Plains, with a team of 15 agents — a testament to his leadership, mentorship, and growth-driven mindset.

Before entering real estate, Rafael spent 12 years working in Social Work at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where he assisted families with end-of-life matters. This profound experience shaped his empathetic approach, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to guide clients through life-changing decisions with compassion and clarity — qualities that distinguish him in today’s fast-paced real estate environment.

Rafael is bilingual in Spanish and English and is highly knowledgeable in short sales and foreclosures.
